Refund policy
Returns for EU customers:
Under the EU Right of Withdrawal, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, please note that by completing your purchase of a digital download and accessing the content, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal. If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the content, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase by contacting us. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
Returns:
We cannot offer refunds for digital downloaded files, due the the nature of the type of file. This means that after you download the file then you waive the right to withdrawal your purchase under the EU Right of Withdrawal.
However, if you did purchase something on accident and you've haven't downloaded it, you may request a refund, please email info@starlight-treasures.com with your details and sale information. We understand life happens and will try to be understanding.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
